Terms & Conditions: Le Gourmet Pawsperity Giveaway
1. Campaign Organiser:
The Le Gourmet Pawsperity Giveaway (“Campaign”) is organised by Pet World Nutritions Sdn Bhd (672118-D) (“Le Gourmet”).
2. Campaign Period:
The Campaign runs from 14th April 2025 to 15th June 2025. Any purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for participation.
3. Eligibility:
Open to all legal citizens and/or permanent residents residing in Malaysia.
Participants must be aged 18 and above.
Employees of Le Gourmet, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Participate:
Purchase any Le Gourmet products with a minimum spending of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty (RM30.00) in a single receipt from participating retailers (BIG Pharmacy, Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer) (“Participating Retailers”) to accumulate points.
Participants must upload a clear photo of their purchase receipt to www.legourmet.com.my to be eligible.
5. Prizes & Redemption:
A total of 1 grand prize winner, 5 special prize winners, and 20 consolation prize winners will be selected.
Winners will be announced and contacted on 23rd June 2025 via Le Gourmet’s official social media pages and through the contact details provided during participation.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. General Terms:
Le Gourmet reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate any campaign rules.
Le Gourmet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
By participating, customers agree to allow Le Gourmet to use their names and images for promotional purposes.
Le Gourmet hereby undertake to indemnity and hold harmless of all participating retailers, its directors, officers, agents, employees, members, and stockholders (“Indemnitees”) absolutely and forever from and against any all claims, actions, damages, suits, liabilities, obligations, costs, fees, charges, and any other expenses whatsoever, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, that may be asserted by a third party against any Indemnitee in full and against all consequences, liabilities of any kind whatsoever directly or indirectly arising from or relating to this Campaign.
7. Privacy Policy:
Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and handled in accordance with Le Gourmet’s privacy policy.
